Terms & conditions of the online shop and data protection

General about the online shop
Products of the online shop are sold by Partawa Oy, business-ID 2812092-8. We sell the products in Finland and EU to private people over the age of 18. Prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and mailing costs.
Terms below include all the products delivered by Partawa. If you order Partawa Clothing through Spreadshirt’s service, you accept their terms.
Products are mainly ordered through Internet from www.partawa.fi or through order form from www.partawa.aqvamariini.com.
All of the orders are confirmed via e-mail. In that e-mail we state the price, mailing costs and list of products. In order to get the confirmation, e-mail address needs to be filled when order has been made. Customer approves the terms and conditions when submitting an order.
We send the order confirmation via e-mail with a separate invoice that states:
– Reference number
– Our bank account number
– Total price of the order
All products can be paid through invoicing or PayPal service.
When using an invoice it will be sent together with the order or in an electronic format.
Delivery method and shipping costs
Normal shipping of the products is free of charge. We deliver the orders as package or large letter. Only the package can be tracked with the shipping code. If the delivery is requested as “fragile” package, we will add the extra mailing costs according to post office list price. Additional information about different package option, fees and shipping methods can be found from www.posti.fi.
The exchange and return policies
According to the Finnish law on consumer protection, customer has the right for 14 days exchange and return. Right to return includes only unopened and resalable products in original packaging.
Include the following to your return:
– Customer number, name, address and phone number
– Bank account number
– Copy of order confirmation from Partawa

We don’t accept returns after 14 days from the delivery. Once a returned product has been accepted through reclamation handling the money will be reimbursed directly to your bank account. If there is no notable flaw in the product and the customer wishes to return it anyway, the customer is responsible of the possible delivery fee.
Problem situations in delivery or return deliveries
If the product is lost or flawed during the delivery or wrong product has been delivered, you must inform about the situation immediately to info(at)partawa.fi or via mail to:

Informing about flawed delivery or product has to be made within 14 days of delivery. You need to make reclamation to the post office, if the package has been damaged in mail.
Data protection and usage of personal data
Partawa Oy handles all the customer information with care and confidence.
Partawa Oy agrees not to hand over any customer information to third parties. Customer data will not be handed out side Partawa Oy unless legally obligated.
Personal data is used for the following purposes:
– taking care and developing customer relations
– conducting customer service
– verifying customer transactions
– developing customer service and business
– analysis and statistics
– market research
– other similar purposes
Partawa’s customer data is handled only by its own staff and the following business partners that are obligated by the same data protection rules:
– Website hosting service (hostingpalvelu.fi) that has all the servers in Finland
– E-mail service provider (same as above)
– Our payment channels check out and PayPal
– Logistics information is handled by Posti Oyj
– Book keeping services are provided from Tili-tupa Oy (data storage 7 years)
– Invocing system provider Netvisor
– Provider of the online store, WooCommerce
Protection and usage of personal data:
Manually handled documents that contain personal data are destroyed appropriately latest after 24 months. Personal data stored to Partawa’s order or invoicing systems or website are stored and destroyed appropriately latest after 24 months from the last data allowance.
All the data is collected and stored to servers that are protected with firewalls, passwords and other technical means. Only certain beforehand named people can access the data. Personal data is not transferred outside of EU or ETA unless technical handling of the data requires it.
Changing the delivery terms
We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions. Customer needs to read the latest terms and conditions before ordering.
